According to reports in Saudi Arabia, the Serbian striker was taken to Al-Habib Hospital, Al-Suwaidi, in Riyadh, on Sunday morning because of a "rapid heartbeat due to physical stress". The report adds that an attending physician has recommended "complete rest" for Mitrovic.
